Quarterly Pest Control Program
The Quarterly Program is recommended for maximum protection against pests throughout each season. Our licensed technicians will inspect and treat your home quarterly. The following services are included in the Quarterly Pest Program:
- Quarterly General Treatments
- Quarterly Perimeter Treatments
- Quarterly Eave Sprays
- Annual Attic Treatment
- Annual Yard Treatment
- Annual Rodent Treatment
- Termite Inspection
The following treatments are also covered: social wasps, mice, rats, and exterior ants. Not only that, but Ideal Pest Control will warranty all treatments for covered insects, including roaches (American, Oriental, Brown Banded, Smoky Brown, German), silverfish, pill bugs, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, social wasps, crickets, house ants (including fire ants within 10 ft. of the slab; excluding carpenter, pharaoh, and rover ants), spiders (excluding brown recluse and black widow spiders).
Exterior Bi-Monthly Pest Control Program
The Exterior Bi-Monthly Program includes six perimeter treatments of your home throughout the year. Additionally, Ideal Pest Control will warranty all treatments between bi-monthly treatments at no additional charge for covered insects, including roaches (American, Oriental, Brown Banded, Smoky Brown, German), silverfish, pill bugs, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, social wasps, crickets, house ants (including fire ants within 10 ft. of the slab; excluding carpenter, pharaoh, and rover ants), spiders (excluding brown recluse and black widow spiders).
